after this weekend i'm starting on my fourth week of running. i'm training according a schedule to slowly improve my stamina. i'm really enjoying it and it's even turned out to be something i'm looking forward to. the goal at the moment is to be able to run thirty minutes non-stop. i know this isn't much but trust me, for me it's a great start. hope you have a great weekend!
